UMD Loses 3-1 to Gophers

The Gophers got a goal in each period to take a 3-0 lead before UMD finally got on the board at 10:51 of the third period on a goal by Emmanuelle Blais. UMD was outshot 38-23 and only managed as many as 10 shots in the third period.

Katie Gilderman, from Proctor-Hermantown-Marshall Mirage received her NCAA clearance and dressed as the backup goaltender for UMD.
