The Bulldogs had five players with three points in the weekend sweep of Bemidji State ... junior forward Karine Demeule led UMD's offense over the weekend, scoring three goals ... senior forward Jessica Koizumi had a two-goal performance on the weekend while adding one assist ... freshman forward Emmanuelle Blais is proving her tremendous offensive power, notching two goals and an assist in two games against BSU to bring her to three goals, seven assists and 10 points on the season ... freshman forward Elin Holmlov tallied two assists in the series, helping prove that UMD's freshman class is packed with scoring threats ... all three of UMD's goalies saw action vs. Bemidji State ... senior Riitta Schaublin made 13 saves for the win last Friday and freshman Kim Martin stopped 14 shots in last Saturday's contest ... sophomore Amie Meyer split time in goal with both Schaublin and Martin during the series ... she stopped a total of six shots in her first two collegiate games
